This is my movie with Isabel's class at LR Green. My principal let me take personal time to work in Mrs. Winkle's classroom for this. It was a very educating experience for me to make a movie with Kindergartners. "Here, go memorize these lines.""But I don't read" Hummmm, there's a work around I hadn't thought of. Its all about scaffolding....
Anyway, I think its cute, its missing a few shots and voice overs and more credits.
A problem which is frustrating me is the white balance, I guess. The light in each room was so different and its whiter in the computer than the camera. Some scenes are totally blown out. I really need a new camera, and some warm cards.
I'd love some constructive criticism.

Oh my goodness! I loved it! Knowing the kids involved, it was really fun to see their fun personalities come shining through in each and every scene. Thanks for sharing. I can't wait to see the finished product.

Terri, A suggestion for script/voice overs... Forget kindergarten, my middle schoolers can barely read script either (ugh!!!) Or if they can...they don't understand voice inflection In any event... what I do is I record myself reading the script/lines first and then let the kids listen to how it SHOULD be done... Then they use that as a tool to record their own voice -- and as they go throught the movie, they replace MY voice with THEIR voice by simply deleting the sound clips after they've made their own. I'm thinking with kindergartners, you could record and export to ipod...then they can listen before they say their lines.
Just a suggestion!!!
