    We Love It

This is my final project for this year. We had a lot of fun... The kids did most of the filming, picked the music, and set up and took down equipment. We didn't try anything new--it was fun practicing the things we learned during the year.

Moya, From what I could see, this looks great! I think the blog is having issues tonight. I was able to view up to the girl who was writing using an alpha ? keyboard. Great music, articulate speakers, and very clear sound. I am going to try again to see if I can view the whole thing. Nice job!

Moya, this is a very good review of the year. I hope you are able to burn your projects to a DVD for the children to watch at home on their TVs. What a great memory! This crescendo of the music really matched the events. Love it!

Nice work! The sound was clear and the music's breaks match well with cuts in the shots. It's great to see the kids on the computer hunting for the keys... So cute.

Beautiful job! I like how you summarized the year with the students. Will they each get a copy? The shots of the students are very nice. The audio is so clear. How did you record the voice overs? My students are having a lot of trouble in this area. Give us some advice:)

Your kids chose some interesting visuals to support the theme of the movie. Interesting camera angles, too. The way they used music was enticing, but didn't get in the way of the "important stuff". Super.

Your class is sure cute! I loved seeing an overview of what Third Grade is all about. This would be cool to show at Back to School Night next year, and also on the first day of school with your new students!

We used a boom mike for the group shots--I was worried about the fan that runs all the time in the room-but when the whole class is talking it doesn't seem to matter too much.

We invited the second grade classes to our room--kids who had the teacher last year talked to the class about making videos--then we showed them this video and the Rounding one.

I did give the kids a copy of the video at Open House.
