A good idea :) - once made, you will have it to refer to. For next year maybe you can explain a how-to prep one for students. I like the ending - "and jousting"

MaryJo- Nice job once again!!!! Nice to have videos like this to show the next group of students. I liked the stills and then the video at the end. I don't have an advice for improvement- I think its great for its intended purpose. -Carrie

What a great way to show your students what to expect for the faire. Next year you could interview some of the participants and ask them to tell you what the experience was like. Perhaps that narration could be in the back ground talking over the photos as they slide by. Perhaps some sort of renaissance newscast or something. I wish you had video of the jousting that is always soooo cool. Some other things I have done with photo shows are captions at the bottom with descriptions and that Ken Burns effect occasionally. Also Transitions in between some of the pictures add some visual interest.
This is to be used as an advertisement for our Renaissance Faire, in effort to get the students excited about it.
