Objective
Our objective in this Public Service Announcement (PSA) is to persuade you to conserve energy in our community by turning off the lights when not in use.
Goals
The goals that we want to accomplish through this video are:
1. Persuade you to conserve energy.
2. To help others understand the importance of conserving energy.
3. To demonstrate the many ways that you can conserve energy.

You might consider aiming this at the local "Farr" community (What we at Farr can do...) as opposed to addressing the wide world. I can see many opportunities for visually compelling images; be sure to "show" the story, don't "tell" it. Your storyboard can really help your team think through what will be effective before you get to the camera stage. I like it.

Good start. Have you talked with the students already? Was this their idea? Next you will have to really flesh out how this will be accomplished. You can list a lot of ideas to start with, but for the project, don't have too many examples.
