Here is our Script for our first Newbie Project. We are working on a PSA for "energy vampires" or things at our school that waste electricity 24 hours a day because they are plugged in even though they are not being used.
This is the first year we have used this script template. Your kids did a nice job with it. With the Storyboard and script together, I get a preyty good sense of where you are are going. Great start. But, it seems like there needs to be a little more description as to what is going on with the camera. For instance, in shots 5-23, how long do these pictures stay on with no dialogue?
I would suggest you chop the storyboard into shots and re-read this with the kids holding up shots to sort of act it out. After doing that, go back and revise what you've planned. This will help them "see" it more, before actually filming.

I agree with Brad that I'd like to see the script a little more "married" to the storyboard, but my strong suspicion is you and your kids have a better sense than we do how they interact. The crucial thing is that the pre-thinking has been done. I loved the visuals in your storyboard—lots of variety, interesting angles. Even if it was just an accident, I loved that shot of the light glowing in just a sea of black. I think your story hoolk Energy Vampires) is great. This has the potential to be a very effective video.
