Gina love it!!! Your students did such a great job. Great camera angles and close-up of students- very effective. Great letter! -Carrie

Loved the B/W, loved the good, tight framing throughout. Effective music, although I'd bring the volume down just a bit (and maybe raise the voices). Your kids sounded conversational, not canned. That really helped make it effective. Are you going to try to find a way to deliver it?

Nice framing. I liked the way students had a part of the sentence. I would have turned down the background music a little. Did the students come up with these ideas through research?

What a well done piece! Makes me realize how our students can be really thoughtful. I think you might need to add the title of the freeplaymusic song to cite it correctly.

Since your movie is about the persuasive "letter", I enjoyed seeing the important parts a persuasive letter needs. Perhaps you can emphasize that a bit with titles of each part at the bottom or with a quick frame in between shots? I too thought that some of your students were hard to hear. This could be overcome by lowering the volume of the music in just that spot and raising the student's voice volume in just that spot. Nice work. Check the ivie site for the correct way to site your music, I believe it says how to do that somewhere on their site.

Great angles, the students were articulate and thoughtful. I liked the use of black and white, great idea!

Very well done. Great use of black and white. Your video is a very timely piece, and very thought provoking for students.

I liked your video and also liked the fact that it was in black & white. I found it a little difficult to hear the students clearly due to the music interfering with their voices. I have also made that mistake as well. My students had just done a lesson with the rights that we have here in the U.S. and your video had a great connection with my lesson. Great video.

I loved the black and white. the video moves at a nice pace and I could understand the kids. I'm sure the president would love to see it and what a great experience for the kids.

Gina, I liked how the entire movie is structured. The rule of thirds is also evident in this movie. Good job.

I, too, liked the black and white. It really helps make the point. The camera angles were nice. The students can also see that their message is important and can have an impact.
