After learning that California has lost 90% of its wetlands in preparation to our Earth Day field trip to San Elijo Lagoon, my class decided they would make a movie to inform other students and public in general the importance of protecting this threatened natural resource.

Elvi, looks like another winner! I have already learned from this project; I had no idea how much of our wetlands have been lost. I like how your kids are connecting to the world around them. The important piece is demonstrating what students can do to become a part of the solution and it looks like you've addressed that well. It looks like the script is well thought out with camera angles, etc. Can't wait to see the finished product.

My class and I liked the different shots and they liked the green screen shots. They understand that positioning is very crucial to green screen shots. We can't wait to see the final product.

I really like the scenery you used for background and the shots. It demonstrates exactly what your voice over is trying to say. I think the visuals are just as important as the verbage sometimes, because different people will pick up different things. This would be inspiring to start a class dialogue about what we can do to help with this and other problems around our community!
