You've really thought this through well. Your idea of the voice-over imparting important info will really simplify getting this done. I also like your English subtitle idea; should be very doable in iMovie '09. Your storyboard shows you've carefully considered the look of your project. That will pay dividends as you begin Production (which you just did). Nice work.
