Wow! I work in youth theatre and I have to tell you that is one detailed script you have going there! Again, it looks great and we are looking forward to the final product.

This comment covers both script and storyboard. In the future, please do both in 1 blog entry (after doing 1, push return once or twice, and do the other).
Really well thought out. I like how you referenced scene/shot. Really think through which camera angles will be appropriate for each one. Remember, you don't have to shoot sequentially. For example, if there was a student/teacher dialog that ping-ponged back and forth, it probably makes sense to film all of the kid shots first, then do a camera move and do all of the teacher. Edited together, it will look organic. Nice job.

Diane... I love this! Such a great concept. There is so much great information about the writing process in this video... definitely a great one to use for all grade levels. The character names are great too, very catchy. I truly am excited to see the final product on this one.... great job!

You've done a great job including lots of important information in a creative way. I can't wait to see it all put together. Remember to highlight key ideas in the film so they are recalled easier.Super script!

The script itself was a Great Story. I really enjoyed reading it. The idea of a story team was very clever. Having the characters explain the characteristics of a good story will definitely get students attention and interest. A summary of key points would be good idea, since there's so much great information. I even think this would be a good instructional video for my first graders. I know they would have fun watching it!

Diane, this is going to be an incredible video! It will be tons of work for you and your kids, but we all get to benefit from it. I love the kids' art and the recapping part. If you have the Frames for Learning software (Claymation), you could use it for the drawing sections.
