Part One shows everyone how to claim open lab time.

Part One: How2 Claim Open Lab Time
1. Find the Calendar. Here's one way from our web site:

3. Example week: It's Sun Bears week as shown in the Sunday Slot. The teachers in the headers have the class that day during the periods labeled: "teacher". "Open" periods are up for grabs (see step 3). "Stehly" in period one, Monday, indicates that she has claimed that open period.
4. To Claim an open period :

Part 2: Den Leader's Here's how to set up the week.
1. Enter teachers for each day. You only need to put their names in the top header. Leave "Teacher" in each period as is.
2. Identify OPEN periods. These are preps or unused periods.
3. Change "Teacher" to Open and click SAVE. A window will open: VERY IMPORTANT: Choose "Only this instance."
