The attached form can be used for any school activity that may require a media release form. Even if the parent(s) have checked off on the media release on the Emergency Card, it's probably a good idea to have this on file, too. The download contains an English version and a Spanish version.

If it's not on the Dock, look in the iWork '08 folder inside the Applications folder.
Inspector > Document > Slide Size > 1200 x 1200 for a podcast.
Fit in Window
View > Show Format Bar
to take a screen shot selection and save to desktop (apple-shift-4) or save to clipboard (apple-control-shift-4).
Format a slide before making new slides (text object placement and alignment)
option-drag makes a copy
if you use a microphone (system preferences > sound)
